All services must be paid for in full upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. While we strive to ensure that all descriptions and information provided are accurate, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. You agree to purchase services from our Site at your own risk.

Your subscription automatically renews, and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

At Maids4Cleaning, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While payments for services are generally non-refundable, we stand behind the quality of our work:

• Notification: If you are not fully satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
• Re-clean: Upon review, we may provide a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional charge.
• Refunds: In limited cases, and at our sole discretion, a partial or full refund may be issued. If we cancel a service after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

MAIDS4CLEANING LLC and our directors, officers, agents, and employees will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless MAIDS4CLEANING LLC from any actions, claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed. All other provisions will not be affected.
